Band Mates

BAND MATES provides an opportunity for a group of musicians to discover, develop and perform new music. You can have up to 6 performers. An instructor is provided to run the equipment, identify music, designate parts and critique performance. If you are under 18, your group must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian.

 

Anna Acres will provide all audio equipment, a keyboard, drums and 16 track recording (if requested).  Each musician will be required to identify 1-3 songs they would like to perform before attending the session.

 

If you need an extra musician, (ie. drummer, bass, keyboards) You Star Concerts will attempt to match your needs. Please note however that our musicians are not professionals and generally charge a modest fee.

The Band Mates package includes:

• A 300 sq. ft. lighted stage with speakers and microphones

• Easy on-site parking for your guests

• Your session includes 2 hours of instruction time, plus:​

• 30 minutes before to tune up and get everything just right

• 30 minutes after to wrap things up ​
